Treatment Terms & Condtions


On arrival you will be asked to complete a health questionnaire so that we are aware of any medical conditions. Some of our treatments may not be suitable for clients with cancer, heart/circulatory conditions, high/low blood pressure, diabetes, thrombosis, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, parkinsons disease, cerebal palsy, back, neck or head injuries, clients taking prescribed medication, undergoing treatment, who are pregnant or have any other medical conditions


We recommend that you do not consume alcohol 24 hours before of after treatments and that shaving, waxing, sun exposure, sunbeds, hot tubs and steam baths are avoided before or after treatments. We also recommend that you drink plenty of water following your treatment.


During your treatment it is quite normal to wear underwear, we can also provide disposable briefs. It is advisable to bring along a pair of flip flops if you are having a pedicure to prevent smudging your newly painted nails.


Please do not bring valuables to the salon as we do not accept liability for the loss, damage or theft of personal items.

Eyelash/Brow Tinting

An allergy test is required 24 hours before your first tint with us.

Cancellations/Late or Non arrival

If you need to cancel an appointment we ask that you let us know within 24 hours or 50% of treatment will be charged. However we require 48 hours notice for packages.

If you arrive late for an appointment and we are unable to extend your appointment time we will simply reduce the length of your treatment, finishing on time so as not to delay the next client.

If you were to cancel your treatment due to late arrival, 50% of the full treatment cost will be charged. Non arrival will result in full charge.
